As part of the Firle Artists May Art Event, there will be two Artists Open Houses featuring the work of Artists, Makers and Designers open to the public to enjoy through the Village of Firle.

The two Open Houses;  Little Talland, The Street  and No 24, The Street, will each be  showcasing a broad and exciting array of different artwork and 'made items' in selected rooms of their period and rural properties, including gardens - please visit the Open House pages for more details.

The Open Houses will be open to the public from 12:00pm to 5:00pm on Sundays Only, commencing Sunday the 2nd May and finishing Sunday 23rd May - please note: That No 24, The Street is open from the Sunday the 9th May to Sunday 23rd May from 12:00pm to 5:00pm.

Firle Artists recommend that a wonderful way to enjoy the breadth of artwork being exhibited through the May Art Event is to follow the suggested Art Trail, as detailed underneath.

Commencing at Firle Village Car Park, and depending on the day and date of your visit, you will be able to either enjoy a short rural walk through the Firle Estate grounds to the Artists Open Studios.

Or take a leisurely stroll through Firle Village, to the Artists Open Houses. In both 'art trails' the Ram Inn serves as the May Art Event hub which is host to the principle artwork and made items of the Firle Artists Spring Exhibition.

Some people might find access to the Open Houses difficult. Anybody with mobility requirements should check the Artists' Open House page, or contact the Open House they hope to visit.
