Judith Donington is both a silversmith and print maker. She started making silver jewellery at the Camden Institute in London. As a jeweller she is particularly interested in creating different surface textures with a strong flame or hammering technique.

 

 

 

As a printmaker Judith is a member to the Lewes Printmakers in Lewes and has taken part in several exhibitions themed around the buildings in Lewes, as well as an exhibition celebrating Tom Paine (author, revolutionary, inventor and 'one of the Founding Fathers of the United States',) resident in Lewes, East Sussex 1768 - 1774.

 

 

 

 

 

Judith continues to study jewellery making  with Jonathan Swan in Lewes, East Sussex, while studying printmaking with Carolyn Trant (of Lewes Printmakers.)
